1. We accept payment when ordering online by majority of credit and debit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
2. Our price is shown in US Dollars (USD), and the total amount debited may differ due to your bank’s internal exchange rate.
3. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges.
4. Please allow 7-10 business days for all made-to-order items before dispatch. In exceptional cases, if the product contains rare stones, it may take up to 30 days.

Delivery of the selected product is carried out after ordering and payment on the site. Delivery is carried out in branded packaging Kintsugi Jewelry.
If you order a product as a gift, please let us know the name and wish for the recipient via e-mail Info@kintsugi-jewelry and we will attach a name card with the wishes.
5. We check all products before shipping and make sure to take photos and send them to the customer. If the product is damaged, we ask you to contact us via e-mail Info@kintsugi-jewelry within 7 days of receipt.
6. Please note that all custom-made products of proper quality are non-refundable after purchase.
7. Delivery of products is carried out by EMS worldwide, the cost of delivery is determined by the EMS tariffs. If you order items for more than 300$, delivery on Russia will be included in the price, if you order from 600$, worldwide delivery will be included in the price.
8. Upon approval of card transaction, the amount payable is reserved immediately and you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately.
9. In circumstance when the card transaction is rejected, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider for further information.
